4-Ingredient Lemon Custard Cups

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 lemon cream sandwich biscuits, crushed
  • 2 cups Danone Ultra Mel Custard Flavoured Dessert Original 1kg
  • 1 small lemon, juiced
  • 1 aerosol whipping cream

METHOD.

  • Divide the crushed biscuits between 4 small dessert glasses and set aside.
  • In a measuring cup or jug, add the Danone Ultra Mel Custard Flavoured Dessert Original and lemon juice and mix until combined. Divide the custard filling between the dessert glasses.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour or until chilled.
  • Decorate beautifully with whipped cream, garnish with a sprig of mint and lemon slices and ENJOY!
