INGREDIENTS
- 4 lemon cream sandwich biscuits, crushed
- 2 cups Danone Ultra Mel Custard Flavoured Dessert Original 1kg
- 1 small lemon, juiced
- 1 aerosol whipping cream
METHOD.
- Divide the crushed biscuits between 4 small dessert glasses and set aside.
- In a measuring cup or jug, add the Danone Ultra Mel Custard Flavoured Dessert Original and lemon juice and mix until combined. Divide the custard filling between the dessert glasses.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour or until chilled.
- Decorate beautifully with whipped cream, garnish with a sprig of mint and lemon slices and ENJOY!
