INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup (160g) self-raising flour
- ½ tbsp baking powder
- ½ cup castor sugar
- ½ tbsp ground cinnamon
- ½ cup milk
- 100g butter, melted and cooled
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla essence
- 1 cup (250ml) Ultra Mel Custard Flavoured Dessert Original 1kg, plus extra to serve

DIRECTIONS:
- In a medium bowl, mix together the self-raising flour, baking powder, caster sugar, and cinnamon.
- In a separate jug, whisk the milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined.
- Divide two-thirds of the batter evenly between 4 x 375ml (1½ cup) microwave-safe mugs. Spoon 60ml (¼ cup) of Ultra Mel Custard Flavoured Dessert Original into the centre of each mug, then cover with the remaining batter.
- Microwave each mug individually on high for 1½ to 2 minutes, or until risen and cooked through.
- Serve warm with a sprinkle of cinnamon and a generous drizzle of Ultra Mel Custard Flavoured Dessert Original and ENJOY!
