Custard Trifle

A delicious no-bake, easy-to-make trifle is one of our favourite desserts. And the best ingredient of all is Ultra Mel Custard. Make this beautiful multilayered, multi-coloured trifle in his edition of Ultra Mel Custard Creation with Snooze. 

INGREDIENTS:

Layers

  • 3 boxes of Ultra Mel Custard
  • 400ml Ultra Mel Cream Soda Custard
  • 400ml Ultra Mel Strawberry Custard
  • 2 x Swiss rolls
  • 1 can mixed fruit
  • 2 packs of jelly  of your choice (set and chopped)
  • 1 bag baby marshmallows

Toppings

  • Strawberries
  • Chocolate chips
  • Sprinkles
  • And anything else you want

METHOD:

 

Chop up the swiss roll. Pour a layer of Ulta Mel Custard into the base of glass bowl. Add the chopped swiss roll portions. Next, add in a layer of jelly. Pour in a layer of Ultra Mel Cream Soda Custard. Add in a combination of the tinned fruit and baby marshmallows. Top off with a layer of Strawberry Ultra Mel Custard. Finish off your marvellous creation with sprinkles of all your favourite toppings!
