It’s a match made in heaven with these easy-to-make meatballs and Nutriday inspired flatbread and tsatziki.
INGREDIENTS:

- Breadcrumbs
- Nutriday Plain Yoghurt
- Minced Meat
- Garlic
- Eggs
- Parmesan
- Parsley
- Onion
- Worcestershire/Soy Sauce
- Oregano
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Red Pepper Flakes
- TZATZIKI
- Grated Cucumber
- Nutriday Plain Yoghurt
- Olive Oil
- Mint/Dill
- Lemon Juice
- Garlic
- Salt
- FLATBREAD
- Cake Flour
- Nutriday Plain Yoghurt
- Baking Powder
- Salt
METHOD:
MEATBALLS:
- Mix breadcrumbs with yoghurt.
- Combine with meat, garlic, eggs, parmesan, herbs, onion, and sauce.
- Add spices and mix.
- Form meatballs and bake at 218°C for 10-12 minutes.
- Serve with Tzatziki and Flat Bread.
TZATZIKI:
- Squeeze liquid from cucumber.
- Mix all ingredients.
- Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Refrigerate until served.
FLATBREAD
- Mix dry ingredients with yoghurt.
- Knead dough and divide into 9 pieces.
- Roll out each piece.
- Cook on high heat for 2 minutes per side.
