Vegan Chocolate Hotcakes

Delicious and decendant vegan breakfast by Amerae Vercueil

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 cup Oats
  • 1/4 cup Alpro chocolate soymilk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbs coconut sugar

 

DIRECTIONS:

  • Blend 1 banana with 1/2 cup oats and 1/4 cup Alpro chocolate soymilk. Add 1 tsp baking powder and a pinch of salt. Blend it together and pour tablespoonsful on a heated nonstick pan to cook. Cook for 2 minutes on medium-low heat.
  • Serve with a sauce: Mix 2 tbsp Alpro chocolate soymilk with 2 tbsp coconut oil and 1 TBSP coconut sugar. Heat and drizzle over flapjacks.
